I hope you're wearing your First Order diapers with extra force absorption, 'cause you're about to make an absolute mess out of your Stormtrooper jammies.
J.J. Abrams has just announced a new Star Wars three part saga coming to the slate, in which Kylo Ren's cat, who after merging his soul with the force ghost of Han Solo and Kylo's emo Sith agenda, now leads the terrifying Knights of Ren through an imperial rampage throughout the galaxy. It seems these solo Star War films no one asked for couldn't come at a more purrfect time!
An incredible cast of actors have already signed on to join, including Frankie Muniz, Dolph Lungren, Rob Schneider, and of course Harrison Ford, who agreed to do the project on the strict terms that he's paid $10,000 in cash every hour on the hour and will only make armpit fart noises to voice his feline character. And of course, Kathleen Kennedy had to agree, because what a steal! She had this to say about the new installment in the franchise -- "With his nine lives and nun chuck sabers, the character of Catlo Ren will find himself caught in between the dark side and the light, and much like Han Solo, will have an anti-hero quality that will no doubt charm and excite audiences as he embarks on his new galactic adventures."
Yoda said meow or meow not, and it sounds like they're meowing for sure! Reports say the trilogy will also explore Catlo Ren's grandfather-in-paw, Darth Vader, and how his origins will ultimately influence the present Star Wars timeline. Furthermore, the films will explain in painstaking detail how Anakin's Sith nurse Sith nursed him back to health after he famously back flipped directly into Obi-Wan Kenobi's light saber, and subsequently hot lava, with hours of footage of her changing bandages, performing reconstructive surgery, and administering IV drips of liquid rage. J.J. Abrams has made no promises yet, but has hinted to the possibility of exploring the origins behind Darth Vader's iconic name as well, in which he overheard that very same doctor speaking in Dutch while on a phone call with her father Garth, all while attending an emergency rebranding meeting with the Imperial Fleet.
And with the past holding such a huge influence on the present already, the producers have already name dropped a furmidable villain's gallery for Catlo Ren to do battle with throughout the trilogy, including Captain Pawsma, Darth Meow, General Hiss, Emperor Pawpatine, Orson Catnip, Grand Moff Clawkin, Jabba the Cat, and of course the always menacing Paw Paw Binks. It looks like an epic tail of good vs. evil is certainly upon us as Star Wars: The Last of the Imperial Pawmy is set to hit theaters December 2020.
